Editing demo steps

Open any demo from your dashboard to enter the step editor. The editor shows the captured screenshot with an overlay for annotations and hotspots.

The step sidebar on the left lists all steps with thumbnails. Click any step to navigate to it. Drag steps to reorder them.

Click the + button between steps to insert a new step. You can capture a new screenshot or upload an image.

Each step has an annotation (the text callout) and a hotspot (the clickable area). Both are positioned where you clicked during capture.

Click the annotation to edit its text. The AI-generated text is a starting point - customize it to match your voice and messaging.

Use the toolbar at the top of the editor to access additional tools: blur areas to hide sensitive data, crop the screenshot, adjust the annotation style, or add additional hotspots.

Changes are saved automatically as you edit. Use the preview button to see your demo as viewers will experience it.
