Workspace viewer access

For private demos that should not be publicly accessible, use workspace viewer access to restrict who can see them.

Go to Workspaces in the sidebar, select your workspace, and click "Invite Viewer." Enter the viewer's email address.

Viewers receive an email invitation with a unique access link. They must verify their email to gain access.

Viewers are always free on every plan. They do not count toward your creator seat limit. Invite as many viewers as you need.

Viewers can only see demos shared with their workspace. They cannot edit, delete, or create new demos.

Use this for client portals (share demos with specific clients), internal training (share onboarding demos with new employees), or gated content (restrict access to qualified prospects).

The workspace owner and admins can revoke viewer access at any time.
